Swimming Class

Daniel had his first swimming class in Lee's Summit last Saturday.  It was a small class - just 4 kids - but seems like it will be more skill based than the class we took in Portland.  Really though, it's just about getting him comfortable with being in the water.  At first he was very clingy with me, not at all sure about this swimming stuff, but by the end of class he was smiling and having a good time.

Unfortunately, the non-swimming parents have to sit outside the pool area.  Despite the distance, Amy took a couple of good videos:
