Since Daniel wasn't able to be in the car, we couldn't really go anywhere, so we bummed around the house pretty much all day Saturday. Sunday was the same story. We didn't want to chance Daniel not feeling well while we ventured out, so we stayed home. Thankfully the baby deer paid us a visit and helped cure our boredom for a few minutes:
We did manage to take advantage of the beautiful weather outside. In the morning, we went for a walk around the neighborhood and stopped to play at the playground.
And later, Daniel asked Daddy to help him rig the front loader so he could drive Leslie around in the wagon:
Today we were all going a little stir-crazy, so we headed to the pool to enjoy the last day of swimming for the season. Daniel made amazing strides this year by jumping in the pool to us, and then alone with his puddle jumper... A very big deal for a child who, earlier this Summer, wouldn't even consider jumping in the pool. Leslie also loves holding my fingers and jumping in to the pool. She kept saying, "More, more!" My arms are a bit tired, but it was so fun! We will miss our afternoon pool visits.

Bobby has the rest of the week off! We're heading to Atlanta to visit Bennett and Oliver... oh yeah, and some other people. ;)
